This production inspection ensures continuous inspection of a select sample quantity at predetermined intervals at various stages of production to identify and ensure corrections where required to have a flawless production for all production parameters. (Our team is present during the production run at the factory 24/7).
Usually this inspection is done after 36 hours of production – samples
are drawn as per AQL Standards and inspected for any delayed movement post production and
packing.
This helps to ensure any post production irregularities
and capture a random status of materials after production.
This stage is to ensure compliance on specifications of Pallet and Labelling requirements for different countries.
To ascertain and supervise that all required specifications for loading are in compliance, Labels, Pallet Moisture, Moisture Bags, Fumigation, Ratchet Bolt Belts etc. are in place as agreed between factory and client.
